Dr. Cori Costello, LCPC, ATR-BC, has been a licensed counselor and registered/board certified art therapist for 20 years. She earned her PhD in counselor education and supervision in 2015 and earned her master of arts in art therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1994. She has had clinical experiences in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings and with several different populations. Dr. Costello has established and run a successful private practice for the past 10 years. Her teaching experiences include The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and The Family Institute at Northwestern University, both on campus and online. Her current research is focused on training master’s level counselors and developing various strength-based approaches to building resiliency levels.
